The Real Estate Acquisition role focuses on sourcing deals and building relationships to expand Wayfarer's footprint across Japan. You will be a front-line representative of Wayfarer in the real estate market. * You have solid experience in real estate transactions, particularly with entire buildings rather than unit-by-unit deals. * You thrive on building long-term relationships and have a strong network of property owners, developers, and brokers * You are a persuasive communicator who understands market incentives and can identify win-win solutions * You have the tenacity to navigate ambiguity and drive deals to closure * You’re energized by fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where initiative is valued
