Our children enjoy a variety of programs, including music, art, programming, and SDGs, all taught in English! We nurture each child's individuality and self-esteem, helping them believe in their own potential and confidently shape their own future. - ⭐YOUR ROLE - Work closely with Japanese teachers to provide lessons and create a supportive learning environment for the children! 【Preschool Class (Ages 0–2)】 ◉ Lead fun and engaging classes through games, songs, dancing, crafts, and physical activities ◉ Provide basic childcare support, including diaper changes, meal assistance, and preparing children for outdoor activities ◉ Create lesson plans together with other staff members based on monthly themes ◉ Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times while providing a comfortable learning environment ◉ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the classroom 【Kindergarten Class (Ages 3–6)】 ◉ Teach a variety of topics in English and support children’s English language and phonics skills ◉ Create weekly lesson plans based on the school curriculum and teaching materials ◉ Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times while providing a comfortable learning environment ◉ Create a positive and enjoyable classroom atmosphere through songs, crafts, and interactive activities ◉ Incorporate global topics such as SDGs into lessons to broaden children’s perspectives ◉ Support children’s age-appropriate daily routines, including restroom assistance and meal support ◉ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the classroom 【After School Class (Ages 6–9)】 ◉ Provide snacks and support children with their homework during after-school hours ◉ Provide lessons to help children improve their English reading, writing, and communication skills ◉ Lead fun and engaging activities where children can learn about SDGs and cultures from around the world ◉ Ensure the safety and well-being of children while creating a fun and comfortable learning environment - ⭐OUR TEAM - International and Japanese teachers work in pairs, supporting each other to run the classroom together.
