仕事内容: Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and personable Barista who excels not only behind the machine but also in delivering a premium floor service experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that great coffee is only half of the guest experience; the other half is proactive service, guest engagement, and maintaining a seamless floor flow. Key Responsibilities * Beverage Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation (latte art, garnish, etc.). * Proactive Floor Service: Prioritize the guest journey by managing floor flow, greeting guests warmly, taking orders tableside when necessary, and ensuring the environment is always pristine. * Expert Knowledge: Act as a brand ambassador by confidently explaining our coffee origins, flavor profiles, and menu offerings to guests. * Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, restock inventory, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar and across the seating area. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth communication between the bar and the floor, especially during peak service hours. 求める人材: Requirements & Qualifications * Hospitality Mindset: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment, with a strong focus on customer-facing floor service. * Barista Proficiency: Proven experience operating manual espresso machines, dialing in grinders, and steaming milk to a silky micro-foam consistency. * Service Agility: Ability to multitask effectively—balancing drink production with clearing tables and attending to guest needs without compromising quality. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with regular clients and handle guest feedback with grace. * Adaptability: A flexible approach to shift work and a "no task is too small" attitude regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of the cafe.
