仕事内容: Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and personable Barista who excels not only behind the machine but also in delivering a premium floor service experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that great coffee is only half of the guest experience; the other half is proactive service, guest engagement, and maintaining a seamless floor flow. Key Responsibilities * Beverage Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation (latte art, garnish, etc.). * Proactive Floor Service: Prioritize the guest journey by managing floor flow, greeting guests warmly, taking orders tableside when necessary, and ensuring the environment is always pristine. * Expert Knowledge: Act as a brand ambassador by confidently explaining our coffee origins, flavor profiles, and menu offerings to guests. * Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, restock inventory, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar and across the seating area. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth communication between the bar and the floor, especially during peak service hours.
