勤務時間

勤務時間・曜日: This is a flexible, freelance-style position. You can choose when and how often you work based on your availability and tour requests. * Tours are usually scheduled anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM * Weekdays and weekends both available * Most tours last 3-8hours * You can accept or decline each tour based on your schedule * Perfect for those looking for part-time, side jobs, or seasonal work シフトは月5日〜程度で自由度が非常に高いです。ご自身のスケジュールとツアー日程で勤務日を調整します。 * ツアーの実施時間帯は午前8時〜午後9時の間が中心です * 平日・土日ともにツアーの依頼があります * 1回のツアーは 3〜8時間程度が目安です * ご自身の都合に合わせて、ツアーごとに「受ける・受けない」を選べます * 副業・空き時間での勤務にも最適です

休日休暇

休暇・休日: Fully flexible schedule. On average, guides work between 1 and 15 days per month. 完全フレキシブル。平均月1日〜15日程度が目安です。

仕事内容: Unlock Japan Tours is seeking friendly, reliable, and culturally curious individuals （Especially Spanish Speakers）to join our team as freelance tour guides mainly around kanto region. As a UJT tour guide, you will lead private, fully customizable walking tours for international guests based on their unique interests—whether it's temples, food, history, or off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods. Our tours are completely bespoke, flexible, non-scripted, and focused on meaningful local experiences. Unlock Japan Toursでは、主に関東エリアにてフリーランスツアーガイドを募集しています。英語はもちろん、スペイン語話者優遇です。当社のツアーは完全プライベートかつオーダーメイド型のウォーキングツアーです。ゲスト一人ひとりの関心に合わせ、歴史や食文化、ローカルエリアなどをご案内いただきます。決められたルートやスクリプトはなく、あなた自身の言葉と感性で日本の魅力を体験していただきます。個人の裁量が大きいため観光や人との交流が好きな方には最適なお仕事です。経験者を対象としています。既にガイド経験のある方は優遇です。具体的なツアーアサインから実際の業務の流れまでは面接時に詳しくご説明いたします。この仕事で最も大切なのは数字や学歴では測れない「人柄」です。私たちは経歴よりも「今のあなた」を重視しています。ぜひお気軽にご応募ください。
