Room layouts vary, so at first you might think “Hmm… this is more work than I expected!” But don’t worry — senior staff will support you until you get used to it! ✨Put your everyday housework skills to use ✨Learn cleaning tips and techniques ✨Stay active and healthy while working Once you get the hang of it, you can work at your own pace, quietly and steadily. ――――――――――――――――――― ⭐Try a “trial shift” first! ⭐ To help you feel confident before joining, we offer a short, single-day trial work option. You can check the atmosphere and tasks in advance, and if you feel, “I want to work here long-term!” we will officially hire you afterward. 時給1,300円以上 給与詳細 基本給：時給 1300円 〜 【⭐Incentive Program ⭐】 ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ Earn “Miles” Just by Working — and Convert Them into Cash! With our unique mileage system, you collect points every time you work, and every 3 months the total amount is paid out as additional wages. ◎ After 6 months of employment → Receive ¥50 per working hour as a bonus ◎ After 1 year of employment → Receive ¥100 per working hour as a bonus ◎ Weekend shifts → Earn up to ¥20,000 depending on your attendance rate
