仕事内容 ▽Main Responsibilities Provide English lessons as a substitute teacher when the regular English teacher is absent. Follow pre-made lesson plans and use materials provided by the school. Deliver simple, engaging English activities (songs, games, vocabulary, picture books). Support class transitions and classroom management in cooperation with the homeroom teacher. Travel to different schools in the area when assigned (depending on schedule and availability). Maintain a safe, positive learning environment for children. Communicate lesson outcomes or concerns to the supervising teacher or English Coach. ▽Focus of the Role Offer consistent English exposure to children, even when regular staff are unavailable. Provide stability and continuity in English lessons across campuses. ▽Working style after joining Initial onboarding with lesson observation and training Flexible shifts based on school needs Clear lesson plans provided Supportive team and easy communication Adaptable, reliable working style required ※Work Location Assignment will be to one of our kindergartens in the Kanto area, depending on your residence and qualifications.
