Our company provides swimming instruction to foreign students and children with developmental disabilities, offering instruction and communication tailored to each individual's characteristics. Rather than standardized curriculum, we provide instruction tailored to individual personalities, so we expect instructors to actively improve teaching methods and make proactive proposals. [Teaching Philosophy] We value instruction that helps children feel "I like water" and "swimming is fun." We are careful to provide gentle instruction at each individual's pace without instilling fear. We aim to create an environment where natural improvement occurs as a result of enjoying swimming, rather than practicing for advancement.

At Swimmy, we are recruiting swimming instructors who provide one-on-one support to help children who are afraid of water become confident swimmers with smiles on their faces. We are looking for warm instructors who can not only teach techniques but also connect with each child individually and share in the joy of their "I did it!" moments. Work from just one day a week, fitting your lifestyle. Parents raising children, those looking for side work, and those returning after a career break are all welcome. Examples of Client Requests [Children] * Afraid of water and can't put their face in, cries * Want to keep up with swimming classes at school * Want to learn to swim 25m freestyle * Request careful individual instruction to pass swimming school advancement tests [Adults] * Grew up unable to swim and want to learn from basics * Want to start swimming for diet/health maintenance * Want to know efficient practice methods for triathlon participation We will introduce optimal assignments based on the instructor's experience and level. [Job Duties] * Coordination of lesson schedules and locations * Private swimming instruction * Development of personalized swimming curriculum for individual students (training provided by our staff for inexperienced instructors) Since most of our clients are children who cannot swim, we ask that you focus on helping children first love swimming, beyond just technical instruction.
