仕事内容 Experience Tour Model (Social Media Video Appearance / Guest Role) / Just participate! Tour Model Recruitment Participate in Japanese cultural experience tours for international visitors as a guest (participant). Join tours featuring shrine visits, city walks, food experiences, etc. Staff will film your experience. Filmed videos and photos will be posted on our company social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). No lines or acting required. Just enjoy the experience naturally. ※ Content explanation and consent confirmation before filming. ※ Seeking participants willing to show their faces. 訪日外国人向けの日本文化体験ツアーに ゲスト（参加者）役として実際にツアーへ参加していただきます。 神社参拝、街歩き、食体験などのツアーに参加 体験中の様子をスタッフが撮影 撮影した動画・写真は当社SNS（Instagram・TikTok等）に投稿 セリフや演技は不要。自然に体験を楽しむだけでOK ※撮影前に内容説明・同意確認あり ※顔出し可能な方を募集します

勤務時間

シフト制 勤務時間詳細 Working Hours: Approximately 3 to 5 hours per day between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM Working hours vary per shoot schedule. Schedules will be determined considering applicants' preferred time slots 10:00〜21:00の間で、1日3〜5時間程度 撮影案件ごとに稼働時間が異なります 応募者の希望時間帯を考慮して決定します 撮影終了次第、解散となります

給与

時給2,000円～2,500円 給与詳細 基本給：時給 2000円 〜 2500円 Salary Supplement Working hours may vary depending on whether kimono is worn and the experience dtails (e.g., photo shoots involving meals). The estimated daily shooting time is approximately 3 to 5 hours. Working hours will be communicated in advance and will not change on the day of the shoot. 着物着用の有無、体験内容（食事を伴う撮影等）撮影内容により拘束時間が前後します。 1日の撮影時間は約3〜5時間程度が目安です。 拘束時間は事前にお伝えし、当日の変更はありません。 【給与例】 給与例 Sample Salary Rates Shooting 1 experience (approx. 3 hours) → ¥6,000 and up Shooting 2 experiences (approx. 4-5 hours) → ¥8,000 and up *Rates vary depending on the time required for shooting. 体験1件の撮影（約3時間程度） → 6,000円～ 体験2件の撮影（約4〜5時間程度） → 8,000円〜 ※撮影にかかる時間により金額は異なります。

休日休暇 After the shoot concludes, you are free to leave. Holidays & Time Off: Fully flexible shift system based on preference Don't want to work weekends? OK Only available until 4:00 PM on weekdays? 求めている人材 【Requirements】 Must have been in Japan for over 1 year Must be able to participate as a foreign guest Must use English at a native or near-native level Must consent to photos/videos being posted on our social media, etc. ※Reading/writing English is not required ※No qualifications/scores required 【Preferred Qualifications】 Can follow simple instructions from filming staff Can enjoy the experience with natural reactions Currently studying in Japan as a student Won't cancel without notice and communicates properly beforehand ※No acting, modeling, or performance experience required 【Ideal Particiapnt】 Can communicate comfortably with people they meet for the first time Can understand instructions and respond flexibly Can express themselves naturally while enjoying the experience 【必須条件】 ・日本へ来て1年以上の方 ・外国人ゲスト役としてご参加いただける方 ・英語を母語または準母語レベルで使用している方 ・撮影した写真・動画を、当社SNS等に掲載することに同意いただける方 ※英語での読み書きは不要 ※資格・スコア提出は不要 【歓迎条件】 ・撮影スタッフの簡単な指示に対応できる方 ・自然なリアクションで体験を楽しめる方 ・日本へ留学中の学生の方 ・無断キャンセルをせず、事前連絡をきちんと行える方 ※出演・演技・モデル経験は不要です 【求める人物像】 ・初対面の人とも抵抗なくコミュニケーションが取れる方 ・指示を理解し、柔軟に対応できる方 ・楽しんで体験する姿をそのまま表現できる方
